Boracay Central Brings the Future of Station 0 to Cebu’s Franchise Community

Boracay Central stepped into the Visayas business spotlight as it joined the Philippine Franchise Association’s Visayas Franchise Conference on July 30 and the inaugural Franchise Negosyo Para sa Visayas 2026 exposition from July 31 to August 1 at SM Seaside City Cebu. The conference, themed “Igniting Growth: Visayas and Beyond,” marked the Philippine Franchise Association’s first regional conference in the Visayas, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders to explore the next chapter of franchise growth outside Metro Manila.

Representing the development, Boracay Central General Manager Hans Maverick Yu shared the project’s long-term vision of transforming Station 0 into Boracay’s newest lifestyle destination—one designed to bring together dining, retail, entertainment, and community experiences in a single, master-planned environment.

Throughout the two-day expo, the Boracay Central team welcomed entrepreneurs, franchise brands, and prospective tenants interested in expanding into one of the country’s most iconic tourism destinations. Conversations extended beyond leasing opportunities, focusing instead on creating a dynamic business community that complements Boracay’s changing landscape and growing visitor profile.

As construction continues, Boracay Central is steadily building not only a destination, but a network of partners who share its vision of redefining how visitors and locals experience the island. The Cebu leg marked another milestone in that journey, one conversation, one partnership, and one future tenant at a time.
