BORACAY TROPICS
RESORT HOTEL,
received the
coveted AAA Resort rating and accreditation from the Department of Tourism.
BORACAY
Tropics Resort Hotel, located at Station 2 in the island of Boracay, is a
tropical oasis blending of Mediterranean and Asian architecture and interiors on
a sprawling estate of verdant landscape.
It is
meticulously designed to provide privacy, a bounty of breathing space and
peaceful refuge from the bustle of the beachfront. The two three-storey building
property encloses the exclusive and self-contained sanctuary.
Most of the guestrooms have balconies overlooking the giant bean shaped pool and
the lush garden with trees. The hotel has 44 elegantly-appointed superior deluxe
rooms and six Cabana Suites. The Premier Suites include a receiving area, a
kitchenette. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning units, a mini-bar, a
private shower with hot and cold water, a cable TV and an in-room safety deposit
vault.
The
multi-purpose TropiCafe Restaurant situated at the ground floor serves a
sumptuous choice of the best of Oriental and Western cuisine with a bar to
unwind after a long adventurous day in the island.
KTV rooms
warm up guests for a festive Boracay nightlife. A health and nail spa is also
available to pamper and soothe tired bodies. A children's game room, meanwhile
keeps kids entertained with computer and board games while parents relax.
For
travelers who need to mix business and pleasure, there are seminar facilities
designed for small or big events with rooms spacious enough for small groups to
about 150 people. A modern business center is available to provide access to the
everyday world.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:
- If you cancel the reservation 72 hours before your intended arrival date, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for your reservation, minus the amount of
25.00 DOLLAR for administration fees.
- If you cancel the reservation within 72 hours or less of the date of arrival, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for the reservation, minus the amount of the first night of your intended stay for no-show charges.
We will not make refunds to credit cards, other than the credit card that was used for your booking. We may process refunds via wire transfer, in which case we will deduct any bank charges from the refundable amount. We aim to process refunds within 72 hours after receiving your refund request and required information.
Payment Policy:
The hotel reservations require prepayment. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours after making your reservation. The charge will be in
DOLLAR currency and your bill will state:
WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls and room service will be handled directly between you and the property. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.
Accommodation is usually available from 16:00hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00hrs on the day of departure. The number of guests in each room is limited to the number of beds provided by the hotel.
If the number of persons arriving at the hotel is different to the one selected during the reservation process, or children are not of the age required to classify as such in terms of rates/discounts (see "Children Policy"), additional charges will apply, payable directly to the hotel.
Child Policy:
Infants up to 1 year 11 months: free of charge.
Children rates will be confirmed during the online reservation process.
Children rates apply for ages 2 - 11 years, and only when sharing room with two adults.
Children 2-11 years sharing room with 1 adult must be booked as adults (double/twin room).
Children 12 years and older must always be booked as adults.
