Hello Ms Ivy,

I want to thank you Ivy, and your company, WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. for your great service that you provided. I am back from Boracay, and my wife and I had a wonderful trip.

On July 26 I flew from Detroit, Michigan, USA, to Chicago, Illinois to Shanghai, China to Manila, Philippines!!! A 24 hour flight. My wife is still in the Philippines and she met me at NAIA. We spent the night of July 27 in Manila at the Dusit Thai Hotel. A very beautiful Manila hotel. The next morning we flew from Domestic Airport on Asian Spirit Airlines to Caticlan. Once we landed, the Escort from the Grand Vista Boracay Resort met us at the Airport and took us to the boat jetty and guided us to the island and then to our hotel.

Once at the hotel the staff was there to greet us, and to present each of us with a "nice shell necklace" and then a member of the staff presented us with our arrival drinks. After Check-in the staff escorted us to our room.

The ROOM WAS SIMPLY STUNNING AND BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

The room that was given to us to stay in was "the Grand View Pool Suite”. Larger than the Honeymoon Suite that I thought we would stay in. This was a wonderful surprise!!!!! The View from the room is stunning and we were able to see the sun set each night. I have included pictures of the room. The hotel is very well managed, and the staff is very courteous and professional. The pool in the "Grand View Suite" is large and about 1 ½  meters deep. The staff on request will clean the pool for you.

The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner only. They charge a "delivery Fee" if u want to eat in your room and not at the restaurant. The hotel has a shuttle service for guest that eat or shop at the "D'Mall" (9:15 to 10:15pm). If there are other parts of the island guest want to visit, simply inform the staff and they will reserve vehicle to take u wherever you want to go. Since this was the low season the Hotel did not have many guest, which was ok for my wife and I, since this was our honeymoon.

Ivy, if you have customers that want a very romantic hotel in Boracay, the Grand Vista Boracay Hotel is the place to be.

Our plane left at 7:15 am august 3rd. So we had to check out at 5am. The hotel prepared a "Carry-out" breakfast for us to take to the airport!!!! Very thoughtful!!!

Ivy we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and Boracay, we went "ATV riding”, island hoping, I took my wife shopping and more shopping. We ate at the different restaurants on the island. We had a wonderful time!!!! I have also included pictures of our hotel room at the Dusit Thai.

Hi Marilou,

I enjoyed my stay at Boracay Regency very much. The hotel was well located and clean. Next time I want to be able to stay longer.

I do wish we could do these reservation via the internet next time.

Sorry I didn't reply back before, but I was out of the country, and was not able to write until after I came back from my Boracay trip.

Boracay, excellent, beautiful.  We liked a lot.

The Boracay Mandarin Hotel, was nice but they were doing some constructions in the rooms next to us, and during the day there was a lot of noise. But the rest, I will say is excellent.

Thank you so much for arranging our hotel accommodation for my family at Matabungkay Beach Resort & Hotel.

First, it was a last minute confirmation that we thought we could not push thru with the trip but thanks for your help!  You really made our day!

Second, the resort was so okay plus the room we stayed in was spacious and clean.

Third, the personnel were very accommodating from the entrance to the reception as well as in the dining area. We were even serenaded by a singing group and they were fantastic.

"It's been wonderful to go back home especially if one of your plans is to go to Boracay. Staying in a hotel called
Two Seasons Boracay was really wonderful.

Nice place, 'posh/classy', lovely people, affordable and great foods. We really enjoyed it. We have no problems ever from the time we left Manila, to Aklan, to the hotel until we came back.

All I can say is 3-days of staying there wasn't enough. We wished we book for 4-5days.

Boracay is really gorgeous. Hope all Filipinos will have a chance to see how beautiful it is.

Dear Ms Relly and WOW Philippines Travel Agency,

I'm so glad that I saw your travel agency in the net and got to pick your company to get me and my uncle a terrific getaway! We were very certain that we would have a great time! And we did... Thanks to you Relly and your outstanding officemates you were all sweet kind and hospitable to us... you even brought us the Asian Spirit Tickets at the domestic airport... wow that's really something (but i know what it means... he,he,he,he).

Going to Caticlan was awesome because we didn't have hassles of waiting for the plane too darn long.. it was on time! Upon arriving at Caticlan, the Seawind Boracay Resort staff were there waiting to assist us... cool! they were really nice not to mention the crew of the hotel you reserved for us. They were so hospitable. They served us pretty well... a great smile on their faces really made our day. The location of Seawind resort on the island is good because it is located at the beach front. Well its just a matter of minutes to get to D mall... where we had lunch, dinner, henna and of course souvenirs ha,ha,ha!!! Lots of fun!

The first two days were awesome. The natives of that place gave warm smiles and were very approachable, they easily gave us information about things to do and places to go. We can easily make friends there... Well Especially at night... the bars were wonderful... but our last day was un-cool... Boracay Philippines was hit by a very strong typhoon. Boracay was damaged... we had to extend 2 days more of our Boracay vacation. Well that's ok because we had more things to do... and we love it! ha,ha,ha,ha!

Fortunately Relly you reserved us in Seawind Boracay hotel because many other hotels we seen didn't have a generator and they didn't hav the luxury we had during the storm.

Sorry for my very late response to your e-mail.  We (my husband, daughter and son) had a wonderful time in Boracay.  Everything went well, the airline, the boat  and the van that picked us up.  Our room was great , it was on the first floor and right across the pool.  We were happy with our accommodation with Boracay Regency Hotel, especially with its location and the restaurants.

My family would like to go back to Boracay and we plan to go back to Regency Hotel.

Bamboo Boracay Beach Resort

The trip was really great. As in ni isang problema wala kaming na encounter. Salamat sa pag assist nyo, wala talagang hassle.

As I've promised I'm sending this testimonial of our Boracay and Puerto Galera adventure, sorry if it's a little bit late 'coz only today I found some time to write to you.

I'm sending this in behalf of my husband & our friends who were our companions during this wonderful Philippines vacation. We had a great time. As a Filipina I'm glad that the Italians that were with us during this vacation had a great impression of the Philippines.

Boracay is really a wonderful tropical paradise, we had a great time there, it's really the best place for a tropical vacation, Boracay is really very beautiful & also the people there are very warm and friendly. The food we had was also are very good, we had found all that we wanted to eat without any problems and for the Italians it's very important. They found the pizzas to be very delicious are very cheap.

Some of the things that we really enjoyed about Boracay is that you can enjoy a lot of activities and your never bored. The Boracay Bamboo Beach Resort where we stayed was very nice, clean, quiet & very comfortable 'and it's really beachfront. The staff were very courteous & friendly.
