Hotel Description
Nami
Boracay Private Villas
Most
of the time, a view from the top makes up for a really worthwhile and memorable
experience. This is what Nami Boracay Private Villas offer its guests. Located
at the northern portion of the Boracay island, near Boat Station 1, the hotel
resort is comfortably and elegantly perched on a cliff, overlooking the famous
Diniwid Beach.
The
resort was originally designed and developed as a resort boutique where guests
are treated to total relaxation and warm and sincere services. The breath-taking
view from the elevation and the contemporary Filipino interior and exterior
design of the place made it earn the prestigious triple A ratings by the
Philippine government's Department of Tourism.
Accommodation is excellent that some guests are said to face a dilemma whether
to stay indoor or enjoy the sun and the beach outside. There are four separate
buildings, each housing four different and cozy rooms. Deluxe beach and ocean
view rooms have two double beds and are ideal for groups. Family or suite
accommodations are more spacious with king-sized beds. Standard beach view rooms
have queen-sized beds.
The
amenities are as convenient and luxurious as the overall designs and concepts.
Each room is laid out uniquely, but all have common denominators—luxurious
details and amenities like the Hans Grohe bathroom fixtures, hand-sculpted
washbowls and vintage Hunter electric fans, giving out a better ambiance and
contemporary Filipino feel to the interiors.
All rooms, of course, come with air conditioners. Basic
bathroom amenities are present, along with hot and cold running water. Terry
bathrobes are provided as well as IDD and NDD phones, cable television sets and
CD and DVD players. For families or groups who want to chat with each other
while eating snacks of drinking, a mini-bar is provided in each room. Nami is
one of the only few select hotel resorts in the island that rolls out Airborne
Access' Wi-Fi Internet access.
Additional services are as well provided. Butlers are specially called Namis to
provide guests with requested and additional room and special services. Regular
guests are raving about the massage therapies offered, which are further
bringing about total and unparalleled relaxation. Such massage therapies include
Shiatsu, Swedish, Aromatherapy and Back Massages.
Nami Boracay has its own
in-house dining facility, called the Manami Bar and Restaurant. Complemented by
a 180-degree view of the sea, guests and observers assert the dining venue is
unmatched in the island. Food servings reflect the usual Nami vibrancy, attitude
and worldliness. In fact, the restaurant-bar was awarded as among the
'Philippines' Best Restaurants in 2007' by high-end society magazine the
Philippine Tatler. |

By Plane via CATICLAN
The fastest way to Boracay is to fly Manila- Caticlan Airport on Panay Island. Airlines like SEAIR, ZEST AIRWAYS, CEBU PACIFIC, AIR PHILIPPINES and PHILIPPNE AIRLINES flies to Caticlan daily. Flight time Manila – Caticlan ranges from 35- 50 minutes.
Once you get to Caticlan, you need to take a ferry or banca to reach the island. Because Caticlan is very near the port, it will only take about ten minutes to get there.
By Plane via KALIBO
PHILIPPINE AIRLINES and CEBU PACIFIC also fly to Kalibo, which is 1 ½ hours bus from Caticlan. Flight time Manila- Kalibo takes 50 minutes. From Cebu City, the fight takes about the same
If you booked the flight to Kalibo you will have to take a bus ride (about 90 minutes to a couple of hours), to get to Caticlan and the port. In any event, once at the port, the ferry or banca ride will take about twenty minutes.
By Ferry ( Manila- Caticlan)
For those who are on a budget travel, you can take the ferry boat from Manila to Dumaguit. Dumaguit is situated on the northern side of Panay.
First you have to drive to North Harbor in Manila where the ferries to Dumaguit are stationed. Once you arrive at Dumaguit you have to go to Caticlan. This can be done either by bus, or if you like, the jeepney.
Another way to get to Boracay from Manila is to take the following route: first you take a bus ride going from Manila all the way to Batangas. From there you will board the ferry that transports you to Tablas in Romblon. From the port of Odiongan, you can take a jeepney to another port (either Santa Fe or Looc) and get a banca to Boracay Island. |
